Vita Volunteers

United Way of Kenosha County is looking for Vita Volunteers. Vita is a volunteer tax assistance program! Volunteer tasks would include greeting clients, tax preparation, interviewing, quality reviewing, as well as a brief health screening. They are looking for volunteers for 3 hour shifts. This opportunity offers IRS training and volunteer hours. No experience needed.

Sharing Center Inc.

The sharing center is searching for volunteers on Monday and Wednesdays from 9am-2pm and Fridays from 9am-2pm. Tasks would include stock and distributing food as well as assisting in reception. Shifts are 2-5 hours.

Shalom Center

The Shalom Center is searching for volunteers to pack boxes, stock shelves, sort food and goods, and complete data entry. They are looking for volunteers available during their business hours ( M-F from 8:30 am-4pm)and are very flexible in when volunteer can come in.

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is looking for volunteers Monday-Thursday during the hours of 8:30am -4 pm. Tasks include packing pantry boxes, stocking shelves, making freezer bags, and handing food out to clients. They are looking for volunteers twice a week.
